Thanks for your purchase. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle it.
Defective Phones
If your phone has a technical fault, contact us.
We’ll inspect and fix it. If it can’t be repaired, we’ll replace or refund.
Note:
Physical damage or liquid damage voids warranty. No exceptions.
Change of Mind
- Free returns within 24 hours in original condition
- After 24 hours, we can still buy it back — price will be between our buy price and sell price, depending on usage period.
Network Unlocked
The Buyer acknowledges that:
- Some devices may be subject to manufacturer, carrier, or regional restrictions (including network blocking) after sale.
- This is outside the Sellers control.
- In such rare cases, the Seller will, at its discretion, replace the device with the same or equivalent condition, similar to a warranty claim.
General Return Conditions
- iCloud / Google accounts must be removed
- Contact us first before returning
- 7% per month usage fee applies on refunds if seller at fault — electronics depreciate
- Merchant fees are non-refundable:
- Card: 2%
- PayPal: 3%
- BNPL: 7%
- Refund timing:
- Instant (most cases)
- Cards: 1–3 business days
- All returns/warranty claims require appointment booking
